The multiple benefits of yogurt

Yogurt has unsuspected cosmetic benefits.

Containing lactic acid, it has astringent and exfoliating effects. Which makes it a very interesting ingredient for making a face mask.

It is also a particularly pleasant product to apply. This creamy texture also facilitates mixing with various soluble substances such as oils or honey.

Yogurt also has a high protein and vitamin content. This gives it nourishing properties. It is an effective product for making a moisturizing care for dry hair.

To take full advantage of the virtues of yogurt, choose it natural and organic, knowing that it can be applied directly to the skin or hair.
