Once your basket is validated, several delivery methods are available to you. This is when you select the delivery that is right for you.

Once your products have been selected and your order validated, you have a field dedicated to promotional codes which is offered to you. It appears before the payment of your order. 

Here you are at the last stage of your order! Select the payment method that suits you:

Once your order has been registered, you will automatically receive an email confirming that it has been validated.

Don't panic, just write to our support by specifying your request. The latter will be processed within 2 hours. Our support is open from 9 a.m. and 19 p.m.

To change the delivery address, you must create an account by mentioning the new address and then indicate to the support ( to change the delivery address of your order.

If you wish to return a product to us, the product must be intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by its accessories and its instructions. 

After the reception of your package you have 14 days to manifest yourself.

The costs vary depending on the country of delivery, the weight and the size of the package. They are calculated after the validation of your basket.

You can benefit from free delivery in the following two cases: - by selecting the withdrawal in store - by placing an order with an amount equivalent to or greater than 60 euros

When you receive the automatic order confirmation email, a provisional delivery date is indicated. This provides for the replenishment time if necessary. You will receive an email for any progress on your order (shipping, delay, restocking).

This means that one of the products in your order is being restocked. A second package will be sent to you as soon as the missing product is available again. You will receive an email from us to notify you if this should happen to you. 

If you find that your order is damaged, you must contact and send the photos of the problem as soon as possible to our customer service by email or WhatsApp.

We send you your invoice at the same time as your package. 

The points of sale are the addresses of our corners, you can buy your products there et collect your packages. 

The collection points are only intended for the recovery of your packages.
