The PRE-POO (oil bath)
This pre-shampoo treatment step acts in depth to nourish and prepare the hair, and thus limit the drying side of the shampoo that will follow.
Prepare and apply the oil bath:
- Pour theavocado oil of the Mira brand
- YOUR CHOICE: add an essential oil, aloe vera or glycerin
- Heat the oil preferably in a bain-marie (or in a microwave oven)
- Transfer the hot oil to a small bottle for easier application
- Apply the treatment to the root and lengths and leave to act for at least 1 hour (or overnight) under a heated cap
The shampoo
The shampoo cleans the scalp and the lengths of impurities.
- Apply a dab of Camille Rose's Sulfate Free Ginger Shampoo to the scalp and leave to lather. Gently cleanse the root and lengths with the palms of your fingers.
- Rinse thoroughly
The mask
The mask restores hydration and prepares the hair for styling.
- Apply Alikay Naturals Avocado Moisturizing Repairing Mask to severed hair (or not, your choice) and leave in a heated cap for at least 30 minutes.
- Proceed with disentangling (by section or not) then rinse thoroughly to remove all the product.
The leave-in
This leave-in treatment restores hydration, nourishes and detangles curls for styling.
- Part hair into sections
- Apply a small amount of leave-in hair milk from La Kaz Naturelle on each section, subdivide each section if necessary for better penetration of the product on each strand.
- Allow to dry in the open air
