The processing of our orders is generally of the order of 2-5 working days or 5-21 working days for products in high demand. Following this, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can know the progress of the delivery of your package. The delivery time is around 2-5 working days depending on the carrier (DHL/UPS/Colissimo/Mondial Relay) and the destination (France/Europe).

Regarding delivery outside the European Union 

Customs formalities are to be expected for all deliveries outside the European Union. Your shipments are subject to taxation on arrival in the country of destination with customs charges calculated according to the laws in force.
These costs are also applicable for the DOM-TOM, the Overseas communities and Andorra.

Regarding free delivery depending on the total amount of the order

Free delivery applies from 79€ of purchase. Offer valid only for delivery in mainland France subject to a parcel weight limit of less than 8kg.

Only applies with carrier Mondial Relay and Mainland France.

The status of my order indicates "partial shipment"

This means that our team proceeded to dispatch the items of your order in stock:

  • A partial shipment confirmation email has also been sent to you indicating the items sent.
  • Another confirmation email will be sent to you when the remainder of your order ships.

In the event of a delay in the delivery of your order

First of all, make sure your order is being prepared. If this is the case, you should have received an email telling you and your order must be in the status "in preparation" in tracking your order.

If your order is in preparation and the advertised shipping time has not passed, don't worry. Our logistics department does everything possible to ship your order to you as quickly as possible.

If your order is not shipped within the announced timeframe and you have no information from us informing you of a shipping delay or a possible shortage of stock, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service. so that one of our advisers can examine your situation.
