A tracking number will be communicated to you generally 2-3 working days after placing an order, in order to be able to know the progress of the delivery of your package.
To do this, simply enter the email used when ordering as well as the tracking number.
It may be that at the beginning of the expedition the number does not allow you to immediately see the progress of the parcel: this is normal because the service is only active once the parcel is taken care of by the transport company.
