The Palace Identity Imperial Liquid Eyeliner Pen is a pen-style eyeliner with a flexible felt tip that allows you to draw precise lines, from the thinnest to the thickest. Its waterproof, long-lasting formula won't smudge, run, or even withstand light rubbing.

Its intense black color (reference #02) delivers immediate saturation from the first coat. Ideal for graphic eyeliners, subtle lash lines, or cat-eye looks inspired by imperial Chinese makeup.

How to use :

• Shake the pen with the cap on before first use
• Remove the cap and test on the back of your hand
• Place the tip close to the lash line, at the inner corner of the eye.
• Draw the line following the natural arch of the eyelid.
• For a cat eye, finish with a line extending upwards towards the temple.
• Close the pen immediately after use to preserve the tip
