• On wet hair, put a good amount of product on the hair, starting from the root to the ends. Rinse with lukewarm water then repeat the operation if necessary.
• For very damaged hair, it is recommended to use a self-heating cap to cover the hair once the product has been applied and leave it on for 15 minutes.
• If you do not have a self-heating cap, use a plastic cap and using a hairdryer, send hot air for 5 minutes.
