1- Apply your hair care (oil bath, mask or color).
2- Cover the hair with a plastic shower cap so as not to dirty the helmet. The helmet comes with 3 plastic charlottes.
3- Place the pockets of gel heated in the microwave or in hot water in the slots of the Hair Therapy helmet provided for this purpose. Put the helmet on the head, the long part at the back.
4- Roll up the long part at the back 2 to 3 times on itself to adjust the helmet to the size of your head and prevent leaks.
