Mizani Relaxer is a conditioning sodium hydroxide relaxer designed to leave hair in perfect balance. Hair looks gorgeous after each use, as the essential oils replenish all the natural oils depleted during the process.

How to enjoy its benefits?

Check the condition of the hair and scalp. Select the appropriate relaxation force. Avoid brushing, combing or pulling vigorously. Wearing protective gloves, perform a strand test using the “Relaxer Application” instructions on a small section of hair. Do this only if the condition of the hair and scalp is good. Relaxer application-step 1:Apply a protective primer to the skin around the hairline and ears. Avoid the hair. Set the timer according to the relaxing timing table below before applying the product. While wearing protective gloves, apply a generous amount of relaxer to the most resistant area using the back of the rat tail comb or application brush. DO NOT apply to the scalp. Continue application all over the head, separating into thin sections. Fill in all sections and apply to the hairline last. Using gloved fingers or the back of the dovetail comb, gently smooth hair down at scalp level until desired stiffness is achieved. DO NOT exceed the recommended time. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Go to step 2: select option A - condition or option B - Phormula-7 neutralizing / chelating shampoo. Packaging Instructions - Step 2: Option A -Conditioning before neutralizing shampoo. Apply and distribute Moisturfuse Moisture Conditioner on the hair and cover with a plastic cap. DO NOT USE HEAT. Leave in the hair for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Apply 1 to 1 1/2 oz. Phormula-7 Neutralizing / Chelating Shampoo for hair. Lather and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat. Option B - Neutralizing shampoo before conditioning. Apply 1 to 1 1/2 oz. Phormula-7 Neutralizing / Chelating Shampoo for the hair. Lather and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat. Apply and distribute the conditioner Moisturefuse moisturizer on the hair and cover with a plastic cap. Rinse, towel dry and style normally.
