How to enjoy its benefits?

Start by rinsing your skin with warm water to relax it.

Gently rub it into your skin in small circular motions, using your hand or an exfoliating mitt.
Gently scrub your skin for up to 30 seconds.
Rinse your skin thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Wash your skin with your usual cleanser. (You can also do this before).
Pat your skin dry.
Apply a moisturizer.
